This vegan restaurant should just be referred to as a restaurant, and it is incidental that it happens to be all vegan. In the land where cattle/beef is king, this place really holds its own. We went when in town visiting friends, and all I can say is, I wish we had this in my home town. Everything we had was delicious. Service was great. The menu is well marked to indicate nuts and there are many gluten-free options. I ordered the Triple Double, which is impossible burgers sandwiched between grilled cheese sandwiches – insane! See pic. My only complaint is that I didn’t get to try the whole menu.
