From their website: To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, including those with sensitivities to heavy fragrances, we refrain from using plug-in air fresheners in the rooms and use free and clear detergents for all linens to minimize potential allergens. We believe that cleanliness shouldn’t smell like a bunch of chemicals; however, some disinfecting agents we use for sanitization may have a mild scent that lingers. While we air out the space between guests, we cannot control the fragrances past guests may have used.
