We just stayed here Feb 2025. I was nervous because Las Vegas hotels are all fragranced. After several conversations with reservations, the front desk and housekeeping, I was fairly confident they would provide a fragrance free room. I am pleased to report that our room was perfectly fragrance free. There was an area rug under the bed, but otherwise the room had no carpet and had all hardwood or tile floors throughout. We drove there and so I brought my own pillow and sheets but did not need to use them.  We had an Atelier King room, which was a spacious 528 sq feet. Of course the casino itself is NOT fragrance free, but the room absolutely was. It seems that the Nomad Hotel is actually the top four floors of the Park MGM hotel and casino, but it has it's own entrance and front desk.
