We accidentally stumbled into this mattress store in 2017, and ordered a new organic mattress on a whim. OMG, life-changing! Seven years later and it's still perfect, no weird dips in the middle. We love love love our mattress. Very customizable, talk to them and let them help you. - Lisa
I now try to always eat organic whenever possible, and am vegetarian 100% of the time, vegan 95% of the time. Sometimes it’s inconvenient to get to the grocery store. Sometimes I have been infuriated to arrive home with “organic” vegetables (especially greens or lettuces) that I realize I can smell chemicals on because the store employees handled and contaminated them, or I have come to realize that if someone is heavily fragranced nearby greens that are being misted, that fragrance can literally be misted onto the produce!
So now I grow my own herbs and greens from seed in my living room. I control everything that happens to this food before it winds up on my plate. I always have the ability to throw a very fresh salad together, and I never have greens or herbs composting in my refrigerator. - Lisa
I can't use the soap in public restrooms because it's likely scented and will make me ill. I used to carry a small squeeze bottle of liquid soap in my purse, but more than a few times it leaked and made a huge mess. Then I discovered these. Very handy for public restrooms, also a life saver when I went to my niece's outdoor wedding on a hot day in August and realized I forgot to put on deodorant. Very handy. - Lisa
I started using this product line in 2022. Most of their products are fragrance free. I particularly like their night retinol serum, the omega repair cream, gel moisturizer, overnight rescue, and their cleansers. This brand is my daily go to for skincare.- Lisa
I only just stumbled across this makeup recently and I adore it! I have tried most of it and found everything to be fragrance-free except the lip gloss. I did break down and try the lip gloss, and there is a BRIEF minty flavor/smell, but I think it is from actual mint, and it is not a “fragrance” as it goes away pretty quickly. The eyeliner is truly “like butter” and the crème blush palettes are outstanding.
This is one of my go-to makeup brands. I especially love their mascara. It’s fragrance-free, has no other weird off-putting chemical smell, and it comes off easily in warm water. I can get a good lift/curl and decent volume with it. I also really a lot of their other eye products. Heads up, most of their products are fragrance-free but not all! Please read their ingredient list per product if this is an issue for you. - Lisa
This is our go to finishing or table salt. It does not taste fishy, but rather the seaweed gives it an extra dimension of umami. This is so good it's one of the things I feel I can't live without in my kitchen. - Lisa

Kitchen law: Use quality knives, and take care of them by cutting on an end grain cutting board and it will be easy to keep them sharp. Also, because this cutting board has feet, it will not get moldy on the bottom, nor will it slide around when you are working on it. I adore this cutting board. - Lisa

Ok so I admit it, I'm addicted to potatoes, especially mashed potatoes. Here's the trick, just mix these with your choice of milk and butter (I use vegan), some salt, heat them up on the stove top or in the microwave and voila! Perfect mashed potatoes, and ready in less than 5 minutes. Just make them kind of soupy-ish and heat them until they are the right consistency. Piece of cake. Sometimes I will add chopped chives or parsley, or other fun ingredients. I have blind taste tested my entire family with these against a multitude of famous recipes using whole potatoes and these have won every time, unanimously! I will actually buy these by the 4-pack. Super handy to have around, only ONE ingredient: POTATOES. - Lisa

We rarely use store-bought salad dressing anymore, and mostly rely on a high-quality balsamic, and this olive oil. It's delicious, and insanely good for you. Do NOT cook with this, you will ruin it! - Lisa

I love this pasta sauce. Don't get me wrong, I know how to make a fine sauce from scratch (gravy), but why? This is tomato sauce perfection, especially for pizza. Not too watery or too thick, just perfect every time. I don't need to reinvent the wheel, and neither do you. No weird ingredients, just perfection. - Lisa

This is my go to for "milk". Better nutritional profile than most nut milks or real dairy. Color is white like dairy unlike some of the nut milks. Does not add any strong flavors of nut or "other". By far my favorite of the plant milks. - Lisa

Since I cook at home most of the time I often make extra and freeze it. These cubes make that insanely easy! Before I had them I would try to use muffin tins, or plastic tubs, and it was hard or impossible to remove the item without involving heat, not optimal. These are so much better because after your item is frozen solid, you can easily push it out of the cube from the flexible bottom. It seems like such a simple thing to be loving it so much, but I do. - Lisa
